Our general maintenance is handled in-house. We have a good relationship with a selection of contractors for any specialist work. Because our maintenance team is full time there is significant cost savings involved which we can pass onto our landlords at a standard hourly rate (1hr minimum call out applies).


Having a maintenance team has made a significant improvement to our operation.  We can react far more quickly to issues when they arise. In normal working hours we can attend an emergency immediately. We resolve the majority of problems within a couple of hours of something being reported. This minimises damage to the property in instances such as a leak for example. For less immediate issues we can timetable in a repair sooner than we would be able to get a third party to attend.
